Last time my cholesterol was high and now it's perfect!!!!! Just eating healthy and staying away from sweets completely. I've been exercising 6 days a week and its helping me reach my goals. I'm healthy on the inside and it's great.
That's great to hear! My doctor ordered me to go for a fasting lab on Monday to get my numbers. I have not had blood work done since 2006 so I am anxious to see what might need some help!
