Default I Am Officially A Runner!

I am so very excited! I can totally run a 5K all the way through! I never have been a runner in my life! After just a couple of months doing Zombies, Run Game and their Zombies 5K training program, I can run!

I'm so thrilled, excited and proud to have met this goal! Now I guess my next goal will be 10K!!

I can not recommend the Zombies, Run programs enough! They have LITERALLY changed my life!

I'm ready and looking to run an official 5K! I can't wait!!!

Way to go RavenWolf!!

I hope to get to that point too someday, slowly but surely for me. A 5K is one of my mini-goals.

Congratulations!!

It's such a fantastic, freeing feeling! When I started, I could run 20 seconds and just wanted to die! Now, I'm running 5K and it's getting easier! I've ran 5K twice this week!

Y'all can do this! And I can't wait to read your "I'm a runner" post when you feel like you are one! I read that anyone who runs is a "runner," but I didn't feel like a real runner until I was able to run 5K! Now I FEEL like a runner!

Keep it up!!!

I'm so excited I ran 5K twice this week and am running again tomorrow! I'm hoping to improve my speed now, since I'm a slow runner! LOL!

How do you like the Couch to 5K program? I really loved the Zombies Run 5K training!

WAY TO GO RavenWolf!! I felt the same way you did when I started running 5 years ago. Wanted to do a 5k before my 40th bday and I did...with about a week to spare, lol

Running is such an awesome feeling isn't it?!?!!! Something you just can't explain in words but each runner know exactly what you mean. Its almost like a secret club...lol

WAY TO GO!!!

Congrats to you RavenWolf! You are always so inspirational!

I started C25K about a year and a half ago. I have done several 5K races but still only ran about 3 miles a week (some weeks, none at all). But just in these last two weeks or so I've really stepped up my mileage and feel that I'm "officially" a runner, mostly because I'm really enjoying it and look forward to each run.

Keep up the great work and keep inspiring us!
