I have the Insulin Resistance Diet which is about balancing all your carbs with the correct amount of protein. It does have quite a bit of PCOS info in it, although I'm not sure how up to date it is now. I know I bought the book before my youngest was born and he is about to turn 9! I did try that diet for a while, but honestly I found it simpler to just count carbs and/or do low carb. I still keep to the theory that if I am going to have sugary carbs, I should have some protein along with it, though. I really do think that helps prevent a huge spike in insulin and/or blood sugar.
