Default Walked in 85 degree heat today and didn't sweat it

It's so nice to be able to walk on hot days and not be sweating like a what-not. I went to see the Cherry Blossom today and it was a 40 minute walk in the midday sun. I never used to be able to do that without an undervest and a towel!

Awesome Ian!!! I can't wait for that "test" too. I used to walk turtle slow so I wouldn't break a sweat and be gross and clammy.

Now I'm going to embrace the heat and humidity!!

Yeah. Spring was like 2 days! It's global warming from all the fat we are burning on 3FC!

A somewhat related NSV, being able to rise (think Dracula) out of bed without having to gather momentum before hand. I noticed this yesterday. It's sweet.
