I weighed in this morning at 199.6. Since January 1, I've lost 25.4 pounds. And I've lost 25 inches (8 inches from my hips, 6 inches from my waist, 3 each from my thighs and bust, plus a little bit from a few other places). I've gone from a size 18 (almost 20) to a size 15 in jeans and a size 14 in dress slacks.
