hi everyone I'm new here! I'm 23 years old and have been over weight most of my life I have 2 daughters and have hit my breaking point weighing in at 250. Very upsetting and I want to start a new lifestyle now so I can be healthy and live long for my daughters. Before my first daughter I weighed 180lbs. This is my ultimate goal I know it may be hard to achieve but I'm goin to try! I would really love to be under the 200s lolling forward to a successful lifestyle change
