I love this poem and just wanted to share. The weeks are going to pass by anyway, and all those 'just' one lb losses add up in a big way as they accumulate. I had a lot of 1 lb losses during my time on P1, and love this:

By Valentine's Day, I'd be 7 pounds lighter.
I'm loving it!

With the luck of the Irish, I'll make my goal!

Boy, could I wave my flag, then!

That's a great independence from over eating!
