Why is it that on the last day of the month you are up and then on the 1st you are down, just ridiculous, LOL. I was 196.8 yesterday today I am at 194.6. I was truly disappointed when I got on the scale yesterday.

heeey! 205 this morning. 10k is this weekend, and I'm not ready. I'm going to run walk the entire thing, 3 min run 1 min walk combo...do that 17+ times...however many times it takes to finish. In fact, I'm going to go try it out tonight...hopefully it goes smoothly and I can find the energy to get me through the run.

Gmornin ladies-
Ive got a dr appt this afternoon and im sure im out of onederland AGAIN but knew it would happen, my depression gets really bad half way thru winter and i just shut down. Ive been more active as of late and my calorie counting is getting me back on track. Finally got a call yesterday about that job... i didnt get it. Oh well guess that means it wasnt the right one for me after all. But ive been given another opportunity... the Healthy Eating class i take is getting ready to start its new session and ive been asked to teach it! I start my 1st training session tomorrow. I cant believe the previous teacher and clinic directors asked me im truly flattered and not sure im the right person for it as ive still got such a long way to go but ill do my best and ill practice what i teach so it will make me more accountable as well as credible to the class i hope.

Joy I'm sorry about the job. But on the other hand teaching a healthy eating class may just kick start you on to your goals. Maybe if you haven't already done so you can get a exercise class or a walking group together. You never know where this may lead you. Congrats. Do you get any type of compensation from teaching the class? Sorry about the depression I don't know if I'm depressed or not, I just know I have so much going through my head that often times I don't know which way to turn. But we'll get through this time in our lives

Well ive got all my supplies from the clinic and starter packets all put together. Ive got all the names and numbers of previous attendies that i will begin calling tomorrow to introduce myself and let them know the new class begins may 1st.
Rennie ill be compensated weekly for my gas 2-3 trips a week and the clinic will supply all my needs. They have applied for 3 different grants in hopes of this being a permanant part of the clinic and a paying position for me.
i have been asked by many to form my own exercise classes and im thinking i may incorporate some into the 2 hr class (stretches and such to show them how much just that helps and go from there. Im very nervous and excited as ive got so many ideas bouncing around in my head to get people motivated and moving around even just a little at a time even if it is just during my class.
ill do weigh-ins with them, measurements, confess my sins and accomplishments right along with them as im a work in progress myself!
i bought a scale for home finally. I was 202.8 tuesday and this a.m. i am 200.6! Yea Me! Lol

My dd is 14 today! Party tomorrow, give me strength! Scale was 200.8 this a.m. thanx to the help of taco bell and me starving lol. Hope all are doing well here.
