Hi ladies,
It's been a while since I checked. Welcome to all new chicks I'm still doing Optifast and it is going ok. I tried to do what the nutritionist at the doc office suggested and. Only eat the five products. I was so hungry that I cheated at night cooking for the guys...so I'm back to veggie soup and a salad or broccoli along with the Optifast stuff. The difference is 3-5 pounds a week vs only one a week with cheating...drinking a ton of water helps a lot too.
