Default I Love Being OVERWEIGHT!

I am so happy! Today I weighed in at 184.8, making my BMI 29.8!

I'm not obese for the first time ever! The last time I weighed this much I was 15 or 16 years old and not 5'6" yet, so even then I would have been considered obese for my height at the time.

Also, I am now 80% of the way to my goal! I can't even believe I've made it this far! Just 20 lbs to go!

Hope everyone else is having a great start to April!

That is great! I am at least two months away from being "over weight" so I envy you a bit .

Time to go buy a new closet full of clothes D (Well, at least that's what I am looking forward to :P)

Congratulations Underwater!!! That is awesome, you have come so far and i'm sure you're looking amazing! I am pretty much starting off around the same weight where you were when you first started your weight loss journey. Any advice/tips you can give me?

Congrats! I know everyone is different, but since we have similar stats, I couldn't help but remember that hitting 185 was when I really started to feel healthy again. I felt so much less weighed down and more energetic. So, I hope you feel fantastic just like I did!

My advice is that no matter what, don't ever give up. If you check my weight loss chart by clicking my ticker, you will see that really struggled from September to January. I almost veered off course and back up toward 265. I had stopped weighing in and checking this forum. It could have been the end for me.

However, I decided that no, I knew I was in a moment I could regret for years and years if I made the wrong choice and I didn't want to live with that regret. I changed my plan completely- from healthy choices and limited portions to a doctor-supervised prescribed food plan to find a way to keep going.

If something isn't working for you- change it! Don't give up! You can do it! I am so happy I found a way to soldier on in the face of challenge.
