Hi everyone. I am turning 50 in one year and I'm tired of trying to lose weight. So, this is it! I've found some motivation here at 3fc so I've joined and am committing to visiting you all everyday. Looking forward to chatting.

Welcome! You and I are the same age. I will turn 50 July next year. I am working towards being at my high school weight at that time and getting my body somewhat toned. I want to start the second half of my life in a very healthy state and keep it that way. Best wishes for success in reaching your weight loss goals,

So right now, you are 48? I am the same... 49 in May but that big 50 is looming. How have you lost your weight so far?
