This says a lot about my addiction to food. I finally said time on this relationship; so glad to have found this site. I'm 52, have so many health concerns, and don't want to have anymore co-morbs to contend with. I've lost a bit. I'm writing everything down. Will be on site to get more ideas, and support.

Welcome, J! Glad to have you join us. I know how it is with health concerns, I have enough of my own. However, I have found ways to modify exercise goals and my eating plan to support my health concerns. I see that you have already made it to ONEderland! That is awesome. Keep up the good work!
