Wink 7 down 23 more to go

Hello everyone! For the last month and a half I have lost a pound a week. It's so exciting. I even went out and bought myself some new Nike shoes lol

Hmmm.... What should I get myself for my next mini goal achievement?

Amy

CONGRATS!!!!!!! Hmmmm lots of fun reward ideas! A manicure/spa day with your friends? Or by yourself!? New make up? Buy a new book you've been dying to read? Try stand up paddle boarding for the first time? Plan a trip? Buy some goal clothing?! Do something for YOU!!!!!

Good Job! That is an awesome start.

If I were you I'd reward myself with something else that is health/fitness related. Maybe an expensive but super healthy food you want but wouldn't splurge on before or heart rate monitor or even something small like an app that'll help you along the way. Congrats again.

I always like to think of buying new cloths.... But for me not until I get to weights low enough that my closet (which I have stuff in 3 sizes, and I'm currently wearing the biggest one) doesnt fit anymore. So I was thinking about that the other day. I should do rewards for the little mini goal I set. Nothing to expensive or extravagant. But to acknowledge that I set a goal and I met it! I just set a two week goal for staying OP everyday. I think my rewards will be a day I dont have to do anything besides the gym. No cleaning no errands. Just do whatever I want. Take a bubble batha nd drink a glass of red wine while reading a book kinda day. Ask my DH to make dinner and just give me a day to relax. He's a sweatheart and I usally always do the cooking. So I think he would agree to that! Thanks I just came up with my mini goal reward! More motivation to make it 9 more OP days!

Congratulations. Each pound is one step closer to your goal. I love little rewards. Keep up the good work.
