There was a pot luck at work today and I managed to control myself!
I picked out the things that I
really wanted and only took enough for two bites. I also managed to stay away from the dessert table.
Normally I would have heaped my plate full, kept eating until it was gone, and would have picked at least two desserts.
I am pretty proud of myself! Not only was I able to exercise control, I left feeling full and satisfied, not over stuffed!
