Default Pot Luck NSV!
There was a pot luck at work today and I managed to control myself!

I picked out the things that I really wanted and only took enough for two bites. I also managed to stay away from the dessert table.

Normally I would have heaped my plate full, kept eating until it was gone, and would have picked at least two desserts.

I am pretty proud of myself! Not only was I able to exercise control, I left feeling full and satisfied, not over stuffed!

This happens maybe 1 out of every 10 potlucks for me. They are really tough on the ol' self-control function. Such an AWESOME NSV!

Awesome!!! I can plan, plan, and plan and then the plan gets tossed when I see all the yummy food!!! So proud of you and am going to remember that you were able to conquer this the next time I am tempted!! 2 bites of the good stuff is a great strategy!!
