Default South Beach & Gluten Free

hey!

I caught the tail end of an interview that had Dr. A on it talking about a gluten free version of sb....did anyone else catch the whole deal? I am very interested because this would suit me perfectly!

TIA,
Wendy

I think we already have several Beachers who are doing gluten-free. I think it would be very possible with this plan. I wonder if Dr A has a new book in the works.

Oh, what a good idea, Ruth! I hope they read this forum!! (It would sell TONS, Dr. A, a book and another cookbook too.)

I don't think so, Wendy, but why not start one? Often, if one posts a topic, others will join in who hadn't done so previously because there wasn't a place for their particular question or interest.

I saw an ad for the new gluten free SB book. Looks very interesting. I'm doing SB and I'm gluten-free. Has not been difficult, so far.

The ad I saw talked about how he lets readers know how to test if gluten is really a problem. Check it out: http://www.southbeachdiet.com/diet/s...-solution-book

I would love to join a thread to talk to other gluten-free SBers!
