Default workout/calorie apps??

I was wondering if anyone uses any apps to help with weight loss, working out and calorie counting. I feel overwhelmed by how many there are and am never sure which one/s to use.

I use MyFitnessPal, which I find to be a great iPhone app and an acceptable web interface. Other people have said they're really happy with LoseIt, which is similar.

MyFitnessPal is great for entering what I'm going to eat, looking up the calorie counts of things--it has a really extensive database. For exercise, it also has a database of how many calories are burned during the exercise. (Some say it overestimates these)

Hope this helps!

I use MFP as well. I have since the beginning, love the large database, I live in Korea and a lot of the foods I eat here are in it.

I've also looked into LoseIt and it seemed that they wanted me to eat far less than MFP.
