Default No (TOM) this month - Is that normal?

I have been doing alternative products and plan for diabetics for 4 weeks and have lost 16 pounds. My TOM was due on 3/10 and nothing. Felt bloated, crampy but nothing. I have read here that some people have continuous TOM for awhile but not sure about not having one? I'm 52 and have been regular like clockwork to 28 days. Could this have triggered menopause like symptoms with all of the estrogen? Just curious.

It's not menopause symptoms, but yes the estrogen can mess with your cycle. I also skipped my first period after starting IP (it doesn't matter if you're on IP products or alternatives, it's the rapid fat loss that causes it). Then the next month, I had it twice, a week and a half apart. After that it seemed to normalize a little.
