I haven't but I wanted to join in cause I too am really curious about it and wouldn't mind getting rid of some retention. I like doing green smoothies although the recipes kind of make me wonder if they'd be any good. The kale in the lunch & dinner one kills me - kale does NOT blend well and it's soooooooooo gross.
I really don't have a bathtub I can "relax" in given I am super tall so I wonder if I can skip this step :P
Since it is just 3 days long, I don't think it is harmful. Your body doesn't need any drink/tea/whatever to detox though as it naturally detoxes itself. We do not support such diets here at 3FC because they do not support healthy, sustained weight loss.

It seems to me that Dr. Oz is always promoting something. I personally don't put a whole lot of stock in anything he says, as I think his show is just one giant commercial.
