Default Bye-bye first 20!
I hit my first 20 pounds gone today! I'm about 1/3 to goal, and I think I can actually do this! I don't have pictures because I couldn't bear to see myself at my heaviest, so I took a "before" pix yesterday. I will have to look through recent pictures to see if I can find one where I am not hiding behind someone.
