I am not a coach, but are you having veggies in your L&G? You need 3 servings a day and Eggbeaters also require 2 healthy fat servings. Also, for a lean the serving is TWO cups of eggbeaters, so if you are only eating one cup you are shorting yourself by half a Lean.
