Default Feeling better

I am 20 pounds down now on my starting weight and one thing that constantly amazes me is how I feel so much better. Not more confident, there is that of course. But how when I wake up, I feel properly rested and my legs aren't stiff any more when I walk on them. I feel like I am 17 again. The last ten heavy years feel like a lost decade.

Feeling better is a really good motivation for me to keep going. The last time I was slim was when I was in my early 20s (I am 38 now). This time I need to make sure I keep the weight off. There's a tip in there for the younger guys on the forum: when you do lose the weight, don't let it creep back up on you when you get married, have kids etc. It can come back over the years.
