My exercise goals for the month are to exercise every day except Sunday's and Temple Tuesdays and to walk/bike 100+ miles.
3/1: 60 minutes of cardio--11 miles
3/2: Rest
3/3: Rest
3/4: 20 minutes of cardio--4 miles; 10 minutes of strength training
3/5: 35 minutes of cardio--7 miles; 10 minutes of strength training
3/6: 42 minutes of strength training
3/7: 45 minutes of cardio--7 miles; 60 minutes of strength training
3/8: 35 minutes of cardio
3/9: 30 minutes wii fit plus (hereafter to be known as wfp)
3/10:90 minutes wfp--6 miles; walk the dog .5 miles
3/11: 25 minutes of cardio--1 mile
3/12: 52 minutes of wfp--7.5 miles; walk the dog .5 miles
3/13: 45 minutes of wfp--5 miles
3/14: 73 minutes of wfp--10 miles; walk the dog .5 miles
3/15: 57 minutes of wfp--5 miles (seriously could not muster up the energy for 3 more minutes! hahaha)
3/16: 83 minutes of wfp--8 miles; walk the dog .5 miles
3/17: Rest
3/18: 90 minutes of wfp--13 miles!
3/19: 65 minutes of wfp--6.5 miles; walk the dog .5 miles
3/20: Rest
3/21: 90 minutes of wfp--5 miles; walk the dog .5 miles
3/22: 60 minutes of wfp--6 miles
Officially walked/biked 105 miles so far this month!
3/23: Rest
3/24: 46 minutes of wfp--5 miles (110)
3/25: 67 minutes of wfp--9 miles (119)
3/26: 38 minutes of wfp--4.5 miles (123.5)
3/27: 45 minutes of wfp--2 miles (125.5)
3/28: 72 minutes of wfp--3.5 miles (129)

3/31: 61 minutes of wfp--7 miles (136)
Wahoo! I exercised 24 days this month and walked/ran/biked 136 miles! Go me!!! I also lost 7.2 pounds this month!!! Wahoo!!!
