Default My mini-goal : get out of the 190's
My mini goal for last week was to get out of the 190's but I didn't make it. I hope at Thursday's weigh-in I will make this goal.

I am feeling down today as I didn't make my goal. I only lost .5 lbs down to 190.5. I will have to do better this week to try and reach the goal.

Drum roll please...I broke the plateau. I lost 4.5 lbs since last Thursday. Officially out of the 190's. Now my next mini goal is to get out of the 180's. I am really motivated right now to get it done in the next couple of weeks.
