Default Stuck at the finish line

I have been stuck at the same weight goin on 3 weeks now. I'm on the last leg of the race with only 16 more lbs to lose. I've increased my water intake, eaten leaner meats for dinner, and even started walking on my breaks more often. Also i'm on the alternatives, mainly the premier protein shakes. What are some other things I can do to kick start the last little bit? I'm so close and this is killing my motivation! Help! I'm lighter than I've ever been in my adult life, and I feel great, so I don't want to give up yet.

You may be losing fat, and increasing muscle mass. Have you checked your measurements or body fat percentage?

If none of that has changed, try switching to higher fat meats and upping your oil a little, since the leaner stuff isn't working.

If you don't see movement with those changes, you can try phasing out to phase 3, then back to phase 1. That seems like a pretty common suggestion from coaches to break a plateau.

A few months ago I stalled for a few weeks right around the 163 mark. Like ragdoll suggested above, I decided to go to P3 for a week and then return to P1 in an effort to shake up my system. It did work, and I started seeing better loses again.

Thanks ladies! I haven't been measuring so I guess I don't know if I'm losing inches. I'll try for one more week and see how things go, then I'll give phase 3 a shot.
Thanks!

It is very difficult to be gaining muscle mass if you are not resistance training.

Up your fat intake. You will feel better and it may get things moving again. I always found it helped.
