Default Feeling fat??

Is it just me or anyone else feel really fat around or during the TOM? For me its like "wow!! I look so slim and fit" in the morning and then "ugh.. I am still so fat" within a few hours... I go from appreciating how I look in the mirror to avoiding mirrors and anything dressy or sexy!!
Yeah.. Its bloating or retaining water... But for me i think its mostly psychological..at the end of the day ...all numbers do match up..
