I believe I have seen people use the ICBINB spray, if you stick to the 5 sprays as a serving it meets the 0/0/0 rule.

I use it too. Not all the time, but sometimes you need that butter flavor.

use the spray, not the stuff in the tub. Stick to the serving size

I also use the spray on occasion. Usually on the ProtiDiet pancakes. But, like everyone else has mentioned, i use the serving size.

Use the ICBINB spray. STAY with the serving size. After a while, you don't miss it that much. I use it on my mashed rutabaga and my IP alternative pancakes.

Just the spray, and only the 5 squirts that is one serving. In that portion it meets the 0/0/0 rule at the bottom of your sheet.

I use it almost every day and I've lost 101 pounds since August 1, 2012. Just make sure you stick with 5 sprays per use. :-)
