Weighed in today. Down another 4lbs. Our location gives out stones for weight loss. I got my first stone..10 pound stone...hence my horrible pun. Of first milstone. Look forward to fridays weigh in.

Thanks...I am very excited about my loss.. I started on the 11th of feb.. So one week today and I am down 11.5 pounds. I have never had these kind of results on other programs. My goal is to be about of the 3's for good by march 4th.
