Good news or bad,
using the Excel program that's on your computer to measure the correlation between the weeks and the loss
shows -0.421.
The correlation is negative as it should be but it's very poor.
And a scatterplot using Excel confirms this.

Of course, if other members publish a loss vs. time list, this correlation might be about average.

Average loss according to Excel is 2.3 lbs/week.

For comparing weight loss programs ANOVA comes in handy. You can make your own Excel spreadsheet to do this.

I took a 40 hour stats course at a NASA facility and that course has helped me enormously in interpreting all kinds of data, newspaper articles, etc., etc.
Stats can convert a matter of opinion into a matter of fact.

Then I take a colon cleanser with Senna every Friday night (because if I don't I won't have a bm) and by the next Monday morning, the scale has dropped 3-5 lbs. I know my body so the scale does not discourage me at all. I'm 11 weeks in and 36 lbs down.. (also doing alternatives) YAY.
What kind of cleaner do you take?

This is exactly what I was going to say. The lack of veggies (and the fibre they contain) would contribute to the lack of BMs.... it's a combination effect.

if you can't eat the ight amount of veggies, try planning ahead a bit more. for an example for what I am doing...
breakfast, I have fresh baby spinach in my fridge.. every couple of days i will chop it up.. and they days that I feel like the IP eggs, ill add spinach to them.
I also steam 2 heads of broccoli a week.. then when I eat a cream soup, i'll quickly chop it up and add it into my soup.

Add more spinach into your diet... and maybe start adding flax seed into your meals. that will help you too.
