if you can't eat the ight amount of veggies, try planning ahead a bit more. for an example for what I am doing...
breakfast, I have fresh baby spinach in my fridge.. every couple of days i will chop it up.. and they days that I feel like the IP eggs, ill add spinach to them.
I also steam 2 heads of broccoli a week.. then when I eat a cream soup, i'll quickly chop it up and add it into my soup.
Add more spinach into your diet... and maybe start adding flax seed into your meals. that will help you too.
