Default The Scale Is Moving:):)

Oh what an amazing feeling! Everytime I step on the scale it goes down!! Its such an eerie feeling because I just never thought I could do this on my own....and I'm doing it ON MY OWN!! This is the longest I have ever stuck to a plan and I feel amazing!! I'm excited to see where my weighloss can take me. I have also noticed some other changes....I can sleep all nigh and wake up energized...I can do an entire workout without sitting...(or collapsing) and my skin is looking healthier my hair looks shinier....I have a long way to go but I am in this til the end! Sooooo happpppyyyy!!!!!!!

Isn't getting healty wonderful? What kind of plan are you following? Getting a good night's sleep is important, so good on you for that.

Congrats!!! A good night's sleep really does go a long way! Once I figured out how to make myself get enough water throughout the day, I was amazed at how much better my skin looks. Getting healthy really is pretty cool .

Right! I sleep so much better, my night time anxiety has reduced greatly, I think the workouts make the voices in my head get tired. My skin is looking better too, used to have all clogged pores on my nose, but not anymore. It's great to wake up feeling good, and not to eat so much junk it hurts your stomach. Thanks for reminding me why I work so hard everyday. Congrats on your weight loss so far!

Yay! And I like the positive approach where you are willing and able to see the positive effects NOW and not just have this idea that things aren't 'better' until you are a magic number or size.

EVERYDAY we make positive changes we improve something and ourselves.

Congratulations on enjoying your journey.

What a great, positive post. I am thankful every day for the new healthy body I have created. I was lying in bed this morning and thinking, whether I would trade this new healthy me if I could to go back ten years. I decided no way. I love being me, pushing the boundaries and improving my health daily.
Be proud. The longest journeys start with a single step.
