Cool Down to a 32.0 BMI

Hey everyone!

When I started my weight loss journey of good ol' stereotypical New Year's, my BMI was 33.9. Today, it is 32.0! I have lost 12.5 lbs exactly of this morning, and I very proud of myself. I needed to post in the mini-goal section because the emotional part of the this journey is beginning to seem overwhelming. I know I have to just think "one more pound!" but sometimes...Sometimes it feels like I am Frodo taking that damn ring into Mordor. It's scary, I don't want to do it, it's hard and I feel alone.

Haha does that make you all my Sam-Wise Gamgee??!?

I hope you all have wonderful days!

Cheers,

Sarah

Congrats! That is quite an accomplishment. I love your LOTR analogy. I guess we could think of the ring as our excess weight. And for me, Gollum represents pizza!
