I built up sloooooowly, lol. I can't remember who it is on here that does 10 miles with I think 5 pound weights and I don't know how they can do it, well yes I do know. Slowly and carefully.
When I started out I was doing 1 mile in 18 minutes (huffing and puffing the entire time and I have to admit I might have possibly used a few profanities toward Leslie
) and could barely do the arm section with only my hands as weights, if I could have popped them off to make it easier I think I might have done it, lol.
I think you are doing a great job! Everything we do all adds up, think of where we will all be in a month, heck even just a week and we all are so much stronger and better then we were!
I came in today even though it is my day off to live vicariously through you guys' exercise, I know I need a day off but I miss working out on Sundays, I am so weird huh, lol.
