ok, since i'm only able to walk anymore, i need to find a way to make it fun. and truly, i am grateful to even be able to walk, and that fact alone needs to be celebrated. so how about a little challenge?
i propose we walk 40 miles by valentines day. that's 40 miles closer to a healthy heart, that's 40 miles closer to strong lungs, 40 miles closer to a balanced life

this morning's dog walk was 0.86 miles
it's a start!
