Hi Tweetypie, I think its a repeat of a programme I saw last year (might even be 2 years old?) .... she does really well on it but as we know she puts
the weight back on I found it difficult to watch some of it, I thought her husband was absolutely horrible!!!!

I saw it first time round and although sympathetic to her struggle (we're all in this together right?) part of me got really irritated because she was on a constant quest to find some magic cure. Eating less and moving more is tough -if it wasn't we'd all be perfect weights - but she jut seemed to refuse to acknowledge that she had some responsibility for her weight.

I think Claire's problem is that she used to dance a lot, and now she just looks after kids all day...it's equally as tiring, I imagine, but one has more calorie burning effects than the other!
