Cool The First 20

I started trying to lose weight in October. I am finally down my first 20 though! Slow (veeeeeeeeery slow) and steady lifestyle changes are what I credit to my mini success. I think I'm finally getting the hang of this - I'm hoping to lose my next 20 much faster since I still have 145 to go Ooooh boy.

PLUS I can fit into a pair of dress pants that been unworn in my closet for so long. Woohoo!!!

Great job losing your first 20!! And congrats on the NSV wearing the pants in your closet, that's a great feeling!

Try not to focus on the 145 you have left to lose, it might be easier to concentrate on mini-goals. I keep telling myself just 10 more pounds, just 10 more pounds. I'd make myself batty if I kept focusing on the 100 I want to lose.

You are doing great, thanks so much for sharing your success with us!
