My weight this morning: 248.8
My starting weight on 1/17 was 254.4, so since then I am down 5.6 lbs!!!

weighed in this morning at 256! starting Jan 2 I was 278 so 22 pounds gone!

Starting off the weekend up .4 from the last two days. 129.2. And weekends always take me up again, I hope I don't end in the 130's especially since I am leaving to go stAy with friends for a couple days. I usually prepare all my food don't know how to eat out.

Down 1 pound since last Saturday. Would have been more if I wouldn't have eaten a bunch of chocolate chips and pringles late last night before my weigh in this morning. Ugh.
