Seems like a lot of us started around the same weights (180s-190s).
Did anyone else find the 160s particularly hard? After focusing on weight for a couple of months, now I have to remind myself to be patient and realistic. But dayum, I want out of the 160s!
I hear that! I was in the 160's a long time - it seemed! Finally I got down to 158, then took a couple months off exercising and gained back 6 pounds. Now I'm in the 160's again! *sigh* But I'm getting there - you will too austinaus! But I definitely feel your pain....
I think you are all awesome! I can't wait to see the 160s! It is inspirational to see how far you've all come and know I'll get there too!
