Quick drive-by on my lunch break.
Weight didn't budge again today...116.8
Woke up early to do some fasted cardio. I need to start seeing some weight drop, or I'm probably just going to start slacking off.

Alex...That is a great start, but I would suggest adding more protein and veggies. Aim for 100g a day if you are working with weights. Maybe go one whole egg, with 4-5 egg whites. I buy high proteing greek yogurt as well; 17g per serving.
