Default Robb Wolf Article on Low Carb and Calories

I thought this was super interesting in the debate about low carb diets with calorie counting or not.

Thanks Rana, I enjoyed the read.

I am doing a LC lifestyle whilst using a Calorie counter as a tool to keep accountable. I find it helps me make better choices. At the end of the day, I look at all my meals and snacks and see if there is any other choice I could have made.

I love learning about food and how it could affect me, so thanks for the post.

Thanks, Rana,

Definitely an interesting link. I ended up downloading the free book on why low carb may not work as well as expected, which I'm still reading.
