Default Much better experience this week!
Changed my Weigh-in day since I now have a new consultant. My more positive and pleasant. Down 5.8 since last week and about 2% fat loss!

Way to go AAAMom!!! Just like life you'll have your ups and downs. Some weeks are great others not so great. Just hold on to the feelings you have right now to carry you through those tougher weeks!

Thanks everyone! After being accused of cheating last week by my consultant (it was only week one!), I was ticked! Changed consultants and had a very good visit (weightloss aside).
