I love really good smoked salmon and gravlax... And I like it added to things like scrambled eggs at the end so that it's not really "cooked"... I just think that it's too delicate to be fried... Just not something I would ever do... I guess to me it would be like using really good champagne in a mimosa, just not worth it to me...
Hmm, I love love love bacon but hate fish. The hubby keeps trying to push it on me, since my diet seems to consist of nothing but white chicken. No crime committed in my eyes if u found a healthy alternative. Might just give it a shot if its warm enough out to air out the intolerable smell. Lol
