I bought this book last Friday, started on Sunday, just completed Day 3. So far so good! I am not hungry at all, and am actually wondering if I will lose weight with this; it seems like I'm eating a lot! How is everyone else doing?

I LOVE this diet. I've never done a diet before this one. I don't deal with hunger very well and I don't do well in following general guidelines. I also don't like to shop for "weird" items or do something where, say, I would only eat a certain food for a whole day.

This diet is great. I'm never hungry, and there is a happy medium between having options on what to eat and following a prescribed plan.

I will say that I didn't see a huge amount of weight loss the first week-this is Day 7 for me, so officially I'm supposed to weigh in tomorrow, but I lost 5.6 pounds the first 6 days. We'll see how tomorrow's weigh-in goes. My theory is that because I wasn't obese to begin with, I wasn't going to see the 10-pound weight loss a lot of people saw. I started off at 202.6 with around 36% body fat at 5'8.5" so obviously I need to lose some weight, but it's not an extreme health hazard at the moment. I predict that I'll actually lose a lot more in the coming weeks as opposed to seeing a dramatic loss right from the get-go.

Hi all I am on my second day I to feel I am eating a lot of food also. A question I have is when he say a servings of vegetables is how much? 1cup or 2/3cup. What are your servings? other wise it is pretty good for 2days .

I've just been going by whatever it says is a serving size on the package of veggies. And for stuff that's really water-based, like tomatoes or celery, I just have as much as I want, which usually tends to be about a handful.

How is everyone handling eating so many times a day? Not sure how I can pull off 2 meals and 2 snacks at work with only 1 lunch break....
