Hi everyone! I am looking for support and yummy recipies to get myself back in shape. It's been about 4 years since i first started south beach. Of course I lost weight and then gained it back... sickens me that i did that to myself..but this time is different. I am so excited!!

I'm not familiar with South Beach recipes, but I have some good crock pot recipes for Turkey stew and am soup if you're interested.
