In 129 days the 4 day bike tour to DC will be here. I need this thread to help me reach this goal. I slacked off at the end of last month, but managed almost 1000 minutes in the saddle. So this month my goal is 1000+ minutes
1. 70 min indoor cycling (930 min to go)
2. 70 min indoor cycling (860 min to go)
3. 3 hrs 35 min indoor cycling (645 min to go)
4. 60 minutes cycling (585 to go)
5. 75 minutes cycling (510 to go)
6. 30 minutes cycling (480 to go)
7, 8, 9, 10 traveling
11 45 minutes cycling (435 to go)
12. 45 min cycling 30 min hiking (360 to go)
13. rest
14. 1 hr 10 minutes cycling (290 to go)
15 walked over 4 miles at work today. My legs are feeling it!! But I am not counting this towards my goal. I am wiped!
16 another active day at work!
17 rest
18 lazy
19 forced myself to ride 1.5 hours (200 minutes to go)
20-22 work got home way too late
23 1 hr cycling (140 to go)
24 1 hr 10 min cycling (70 min to go)
25 1 hr 10 min cycling. (monthly GOAL met)
26 1 hr 20 min cycling (80 min over goal)
27, 28, 29 work
30 1 hr 30 min cycling (170 min over goal!!)
