Finally updating with dinner! I did well!! It definitely helps knowing the chef. He came over when we got there and said, "Okay, let's talk about what you're eating," and proceeded to walk through things step by step of what I could and couldn't eat to build a meal that was OP *and* terrific! I had two skewers with grilled chicken, lamb, lobster tail meat, and shrimp. It was served with steamed spinach, zucchini and broccoli with a grilled lemon. I just added in info from myfitnesspal and it looks like the quantities were pretty much right on, too. This was the last major holiday hurdle for me. We stopped in at the neighbor's party afterward for awhile, but both of us were too full to even consider having anything to eat there. I also thought I was really going to want a glass of champagne at midnight, but at this rate I don't even think I'll be awake so I guess that's a non-issue.
Happy New Year, everyone!!
