Goal weight by December 31, 2013...... 190 lbs
From New Year's to Valentine's Day, my resolution is: I want to lose 15 lbs.
Two pounds a week! (at least!)

(I weigh in for WW on Thursdays, so I will be a little early)
Starting weight: 286.4
Week one (ends Jan 3th): 281.8 (4.8 lbs lost!!)
Weekly Goal: drink tons of water! ✓

Week two (ends Jan 10th): 280.1 (1 lb. lost)
Weekly Goal: Get on that treadmill 3 times! ✓

Week three (ends Jan 17th): 278.4 (2.4 lbs lost!)
Weekly goal: Fill the fridge with delicious snacks that are 0pts! Prepare bought veggies first thing! ✓

Week four (ends Jan 24th): 277 (1.4 lbs lost)
Weekly Goal: To make several prepared and portioned individual meals for work and days off! ✓

Week five (ends Jan 31st): 276 (1 lb lost)
Weekly Goal: To sweat my a$$ off and move a ton! (I did!! Why only 1 lb?!?)

Week six (ends Feb 7th): 273.4 (2.4 lbs lost)
Weekly Goal: To continue to walk/jog at least 4 times this week!! MUST LOSE 2lbs to meet V-day goal!

Week seven (ends Feb 14th): 272.4


Ending Weight (271.4): 272.4 Total loss: 14 lbs! 1 lb short, but I will take it!
