Week 01 (--05 Jan): goal: 4 days per week, 20 min ea......... (only 1)
Week 02 (--12 Jan): 4 days per week, 20 min ea, 1x per da
Week 03 (--19 Jan): 4 days per week, 30 min ea, 2x per da
Week 04 (--26 Jan): same, plus weights
Week 05 (--02 Feb): same?
Week 06 (--09 Feb): same?
Week 07 (--14 Feb): same?
