My NYR is to build up strength and continue to push myself to work out more often. I will complete two kettlebell workouts a week in the first 6 weeks of the new year. Weight-wise, I believe that I can hit 230 by February 14th, which is my next mini-goal of losing 25% of my starting weight.

Week one (ends Jan 5th): Nada - not a once! Jeez. I did start reading NROLFW, so I'm working towards a plan at least.
