Right now is my longest streak since I was a child. I have been binge free since October 3rd, 2012. I think I am at 73 days now, something around there. I will say it is seeming to get easier the longer I go without one. Not that I don't still scour the kitchen looking for something, anything to eat, just that I am better able to say, do I reeeaaalllllly want to ruin my progress with food I really don't want, probably don't need because it isn't true hunger and then deal with the guilt and self loathing aftermath.
19 days and 21 days are amazing numbers! I know you guys (gals) can absolutely do this binge free journey, you are strong enough to do anything you set your mind and heart on!!
From July 16 until now... wow!! So that is 5 months and 4 days, and counting! Actually it has become a habit now of eating properly and I seldom even think about binging. Just hope I can continue this for a lifestyle!!

I think my longest has been roughly 30 days, give or take. I never recognized my binging for what it was until recently so I was never paying close attention to how long it had been.
I have set a goal for a binge-free January so we'll see how that goes.
My longest ever was 6 weeks, give or take a few days. And I over ate during that time, but there were no all out binges. I'm close to being 6 weeks again now, and I'm hoping I can make a new record for myself.
