Default Deep Friend Pickles

So today i was craving deep friend pickles and i wanted to see if i could make my own. So here is what i did and it was AMAZING!!

I took 2 pickles and cut them into 4 pieces. Then i got some egg whites and put them in a bowl and dipped my pickles in it. Then i crushed up some of the Dill Pickle Zippers(Half a bag or less) and crushed them so it was like powdery and rolled my pickles in them. Then i heated a pan with some EVOO and then friend them. They came out crunchy and DELICIOUS!!! But i would next time not put the pickles in the pile of dill pickle zippers first but sprinkled and pat because by the last 2 pieces the zippers were sticking to the plate and not on the pickles. But they turned out amazing and i dipped them into some Franks red hot sauce. Defiantly cured my craving

I know this recipe probably inst new but i was shocked how good they were

I have made them too. I dipped the them in egg, then whole wheat bread crumbs, then I baked them. They were so good.

Just a heads up, on Ideal Protein we can't have bread crumbs - that's why the OP used one of our approved crunchy snacks as a coating!
