Janeway (letter M) showed up yowling a few years ago in the pouring rain.
She was such a sweet cat - came right in and rubbed her face across one of my Boxers. She had 4 kittens about 2 weeks later. 1 of those was a calico that we found a home for. The other 3 were Miles, Neelix and Kes.
Those are the only relatives.
Crusher is our oldest. DH found him SEALED in a cardboard box as a half dead kitten that someone had clearly thrown out their car window. He sleeps on a decorative pillow between us all night.
Other then that, all other 9 usually sleep with us for some period until they are chased off by someone else. At any one time we probably have 5 cats on our bed

! But you must spend an huge amount of time looking after all those animals - they look very pampered and well-cared for and there are 12 (!) of them.That is a lot of work!
